Prices
Prices are as shown in the Price Guide. For Glenmore House, Otter Lodge and Glenmore Cottage the prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday. Aspen Lodge and Brightwater Lodge are let weekly from Friday to Friday. The prices include electricity and VAT. Logs are charged at an additional £3 per basket used.
Bed linen
Duvets, sheets and pillow cases are provided and all beds will be made
up for you on arrival. In addition, each of our properties will be supplied
with fresh linen each week.
Cot
A cot and high-chair are available at no extra
cost. Please ask when you book.
Towels and tea towels
Towels are provided, per person, for domestic use only. Tea towels are
also provided as are a selection of cleaning materials.
Contents
All our properties are furnished to the highest of standards with microwave,
washing/drying machine, dishwasher, full size fridge-freezerand ceramic hob electric
oven.
Television and telephone
Our properties
have a flatscreen television with Sky, DVD, CD and radio facilities.
The payphones accept 10p, 20p and 50p coins and guests are reminded to bring
a supply with them. The payphones accept incoming calls.
Heating
All houses are equipped with a log fire and off-peak central heating with optional convectors
and panel heaters for maximum flexibility. Glenmore Cottage and Aspen and Brightwater Lodges have underfloor heating. Aspen Lodge has solar panels and an underground heat-source pump to take full advantage of the south facing site and natural energy sources.
Arrival and departure
Your accommodation will be ready for you to take over any time after 4pm
on the start of your holiday. Keys will be left in the kitchen and the house unlocked. On
the day of departure guests should vacate the property by 10am at the latest.
All times are subject to unavoidable delays. Guests are asked to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition with all furniture in it's original position.
Provisions/groceries
Due to the rural location, guests are advised to bring
with them initial supplies of groceries. Further details of local shops
and facilities will be available on arrival.
Short Breaks
We welcome guests for short breaks of a minimum of three nights. Start dates from January to March and from November to Christmas are flexible. Please ask for further details.
