Prices
Prices are for the accommodation as shown in the Price Guide. The prices
are per week, Saturday to Saturday, and are inclusive of VAT. Electricity
is free up to £30.00 per week in Glenmore House, up to £20.00
per week in Otter Lodge and up to £15 per week in Glenmore Cottage;
any amount over and above these rates to be paid on departure.
Bed linen
Duvets, sheets and pillow cases are provided and all beds will be made
up for you on arrival. In addition, each of our properties will be supplied
with fresh linen each week.
Cot
A cot and high-chair are available at no extra
cost. Please ask when you book.
Towels and tea towels
Towels are provided, per person, for domestic use only. Tea towels are
also provided
Contents
All our properties are furnished to the highest of standards with microwave,
washing/drying machine. dishwasher, fridge-freezer and electric hob and
oven and Whirlpool bath.
Television and telephone
Our properties
have television with Sky, DVD players and CD radio cassette recorders.
The payphones accept 10p, 20p and 50p coins and guests are reminded to bring
a supply with them.
Heating
All houses are equipped with a log fire and off-peak central heating with optional convectors
and panel heaters for maximum flexibility
Arrival and departure
Your accommodation will be ready for you to take over any time after 4pm
on the start of your holiday. Keys will be left in the kitchen and the house unlocked. On
the day of departure guests should vacate the property by 10am at the latest.
All times are subject to unavoidable delays.
Provisions/groceries
Due to the isolated location of the properties, guests are advised to bring
with them initial supplies of groceries. Further details of local shops
and facilities will be available on arrival.
Short Breaks
From November to March start dates
are flexible and we welcome guests for short breaks of a minimum two night
stay. Please ask for further details.
