Otter Lodge

Otter Lodge is quite unique. A substantial Norwegian log house set within its own 10 acre garden through which runs the Glenmore River. The large conservatory faces south and has stunning views of Loch Sunart and the Morvern Hills beyond.

The lodge can accommodate 6 guests in two double-bedded rooms and one twin room. It is a great choice for a family holiday or why not just treat yourselves to a romantic break for two.

The master bedroom has a king size pine bed with smooth Egyptian cotton sheets and stylish cushions to add to your comfort. There is an en-suite bathroom featuring a spa bath and shower. The windows are deep enough to enable you to enjoy the view from the bath. This truly is a loo with a view!

There is a second bathroom which also has a spa bath and shower.

The sitting room is heated by an open log fire with a river boulder chimney breast above which hangs a locally made antler chandelier.

Meals can be enjoyed in the conservatory or at the picnic table with its stone built barbecue. The garden at Otter Lodge is particularly lovely in the Spring when a mass of daffodils and azaleas fringe the three ponds which are a haven for wildlife.
