Prices
Prices are as shown in the Price Guide. All our houses are let on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday. The prices include electricity and VAT. The fire is set for you and initial logs supplied free of charge. Extra logs are charged at £3 per basket.
Bed linen
Duvets, sheets and pillow cases are provided and all beds will be made up for you on arrival. In addition, each of our properties will be supplied with fresh linen each week.
Cot
A cot and high-chair are available at no extra cost. Please ask when you book.
Towels and tea towels
Towels are provided, per person, for domestic use only. Tea towels are also provided as are a selection of cleaning materials.

All our properties are furnished to the highest of standards with microwave, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, full size fridge-freezer and ceramic hob electric oven.
Television and telephone
Our properties have a flat-screen television with Freeview satellite, DVD, CD and radio facilities. The payphones accept 10p, 20p and 50p coins and guests are reminded to bring a supply with them. The payphones accept incoming calls. Each house has Broadband for those who like to combine technology with tranquillity.
Heating
All houses are equipped with a log fire and off-peak central heating with optional convectors and panel heaters for maximum flexibility. Glenmore Cottage and Glenmore House also have underfloor heating. Otter Lodge has underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Solar panels and an air – source heat pump take full advantage of the south facing sites and natural energy sources.
Arrival and departure
Your accommodation will be ready for you any time after 5pm on the start of your holiday. Keys will be left in the kitchen and the house unlocked. On the day of departure guests should vacate the property by 9am at the latest. All times are subject to unavoidable delays. Guests are asked to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition with all furniture in it’s original position.
Provisions/groceries
Due to the rural location, guests are advised to bring with them initial supplies of groceries. Further details of local shops and facilities will be available on arrival.
Short Breaks
During the quieter months we welcome guests for short breaks of a minimum of three nights. Holiday dates from January to March and from November to Christmas are flexible. Please ask for further details.
